How it works

Our kiosk is a stand alone, dual screen display (see photo on the right of this page) featuring a touchscreen, keyboard, and trackball mouse for users to interact with the interface.

For the prospect:

Our custom designed software consists of two parts. The first part lets the user navigate through a series of screens created to educate them on the process of home buying, home selling, becoming a real estate agent, and your brokerage and/or agents.

The second half of the software displays your agent's listings on the top screen in high definition, full color on a 20" plasma display screen. The users can cycle through the listings until they find one that interests them. At that point, they can choose to find out more information about that listing. They will also have the option for entering their personal information in order to be contacted by the listing agent.

Because our kiosks are Internet connected, as soon as the information is submitted, the listing agent can receive a text message on their cell phone, as well as an e-mail. The user will also get an e-mail (provided they have given a valid address) reminding them of their submission.

For the agent/office:

The lower screen can be customized for individual offices/brokerages. We can match colors and logos for your office. The lower screen software also includes an optional "About Us" button that can be customized to display information about your brokerage, office, or individual agents.

The upper screen will be populated with listing photos from your agents. Agents will upload home photos and enter home data through a very easy to use web interface. Listing information which they submit is downloaded nightly to the kiosk. This means any changes to a listing (price, photo, listing agent), new listings, or listing removal can be updated within 24 hours!
